I don't like anything, it was a big mistake joining here

Dislikes

No good salary hike, they gave 5% hike this year to all levels. My current CTC is also very low after this hike also It feels like they treat us like beggers No growth opportunities No promotion in 3 years

I enjoy working at indium software due to its supportive culture, growth opportunities and access to upskilling platforms. The company also organizes fun events and sports activities, fostering team bonding. With a focus on work-life balances, it's a great place to learn new things both personally and professionally.

Dislikes

A challenge at Indium Software is that some leads and managers lack understanding of the product or processes, focusing only on results without recognizing effort. Additionally, there's no review process for such individuals, which can affect overall work satisfaction.

While everycompany has its own forte and shortcomings, I would like to express certain points that have made my experience here more enriching. In the past year I have been given the opportunity to test across all platforms which include (VR, PC, Console and Mobile). I've had the pleasure of interacting with exceptional individuals across all levels of the organization and till date we still collaborate with each other even though we may not be in the same project and so on. The little things are what counts and this has made by experience here a truly nurturing and enriching one. I also hope my journey here continues to challenge and excite me as it has the past year and I hope to learn a lot more as time flies by....Read More

One of the biggest drawbacks I felt here is the complete loss of a roadmap when it comes to aspects like team meetings, appraisals and even if there ever was a road map the inability for management to adhere and stick by it.
