They take the Interview Process very seriously and if you clear the interview they will send you the Salary Annexure and Letter of Intent. However this will not guarantee your job in this company. Once you receive your letter of intent, they will call you everyday and will force you to resign from your current company and once you resign and submit the proof of resignation to them. The company is overall good. Worklife balance was average. Managers, Team leaders and all employees were polite . Basically it was a satisfied job with average salary.

Dislikes

But there is no job security. They hired at very short term employment then there is no gurantee they will offer permanent job to you or not even if you worked very hard with dedication and give all the quality time to their work as priority.
