Very fine company to work after you gain lots of experience through various company. there is no restriction to do what every you want to do or implement your ideas. friendly working environment for creative marketing team.

Nothing new to learn after you 1 month. I suggest you to not apply if your are in early stage of your career no one will be there to help you if you stuck in your work so I suggest you to go for some tough working environment where you can learn new things and after 5 or 7 years you can apply there in low salary as retirement :-)

The management is clueless or pretending to be. They've hired absolute fools into senior roles-clearly not based on talent but on blood relations and personal favors. Nepotism is out of control, and it's destroying whatever good was left in the company. Deserving employees are overlooked and demoralized. If you're expecting salary growth, be ready to beg and chase endlessly, only to be ignored or handed excuses. Long-time employees are treated like garbage-no respect, no recognition, and definitely no fair pay. Newcomers with connections get more salary and perks for doing less work. There's no real way to complain or raise concerns-everything is filtered and blocked by the same toxic hierarchy. Loyalty and hard work mean nothing here. I had worked over there for 3 weeks and the condition was so terrible that i could not continue more than that firstly the owner and hod of bba treats everyone as his personal servant.he asks everyone to either work his way or take the highway.plus there is no work life balance people can ask you to stay very long if there is anyone coming for admission at 8 pm.
