They are hiring you with bigger package but they don't have client to serve you so after sometimes they are force you to put down paper .....choose wise if you are going to join them.

Managers are micro managing, employees are not treated properly,no support from the company when we sent to clients on top of that pressurise with some unnecessary works internally ,no promotions no appreciation no increments, if you are on bench they immediately ask you to resign
