I have worked with ISON Technologies for 2 months and it was highly terrible. 3 days post my joining I have been forced to work for 24hrs with no KT and no support.

Dislikes

Management and the Managers are highly unsupporting. Being a female employee I was forced to bear words those are non acceptable in any culture. No work life balance, since we were forced to work for 24 hrs on daily basis.

Work Details

I have worked for 2 months in ISON, HR share fake words while hiring and post hiring we are forced to accept many unacceptable things out there. Pathetic company to work in and worst organization where Females are treated very badly.

Work ambience ( floor ) was designed well. Teammates were supportive. Career growth is too good for a starter to learn a lot and move to a position. Too many IJP's will be there to build our career. Training is available for new joiners about the process.

Dislikes

Lots of politics and salary is less even for a higher post. No hike at all atleast yearly as per company norms. No weekends or national or regional holidays since it's a 24/7 voice process, not even during any strikes/bundh's. No entertainment factors at all. Only work.

It was completely workoholic. Got into many IJP's and had a career growth without expecting any salary increment.

I joined Ison twice but both the time they were unable to get the project.. And hence asked me to resign from the company..no such teams are there who will be able to get the projects..

Job security are not there as they hire as per the projects basis and if they are unable to get the projects then they ask employee to resgin..No such team building activities are there hence every time politics is going on even at the management level..they play with the career of the employee so never join this company otherwise you'll be in big trouble.. At least as per my knowledge they have asked 250 people to resign without assigning any projects or they were not able to get the projects..Here management is very weak..this is a lala kind of a company.. Rest you can understand.....Read More

Job security is 0%. the person who is having the family he should not join this organization. they never think about the employees.

Dislikes

There is no job security, they follow the hire and fire strategy. Never think about the employees. They are also not transparent in terms of CTC. They do the FNF timely but do not do the clear all dues. I will never recommend anyone to join the ISON.
