Dislikes

Company culture is bad , promotion and increament hike on the basis of relationship basis not on work. Also don't get holiday for emergency basis . Senior lever officer don't believe on the junior staff even after hard working.

Work life balance is very poor, even sunday also have to present at site, Promotion very delay for Diploma candidate but good for Degree engineers. House hold material shifting purpose transportation cost paying only 6000 whether all have to spend near about 50000 during site to site transfer.
