For fresher company is great. They provide guidance and training to SAP fresher. CEO also participate in training. HR team are most supportive but 2 old HR left the company.

Very low level management and dirty politics they have. Most of seniors and old employees left the company. Every x employees face issues, argument with COO Shrinivas, he hold employees payments and experience letter when they resigning. Micro management is another issue in the company. COO try to manipulate everything and have preference in employees. Even one of female employees (6 yrs experience) from marketing fired in single day without any notice period. COO join this organization in jan 2021 and till dec 2021 almost 50/60 employees left. Company have lot of negative reviews in glassdoor and ambition box. But they forced employees to put positive reviews to manipulate that. Management have low capability in decision making. Other department have to wait to get approval from management. HR department have no power. Company infrastructure are not good....Read More

A powerful, scalable business management system which integrates all cores business functions. Also company achieved SAP silver partner status.

Sometimes company lacking of man power. Because of that lot of work on other employees. Also prior training to employees will be benefits for both company and employees.

This company will be good for fresher, low skilled and fake people to survey. HR department will be good. A Better temporary period company.

This is the worst management I have ever seen. People are not professionals and no managers will plan any work breakdown structure. Especially the CEO of that company, became CEO of this own company. He is not even deserve to be that position. He is a worst decision maker, bad communicator, never follow any ethics, disrespect senior/talented employees and will try to damage employee's career by holding relieving formalities, deduct salary without any reason or prior intimation during notice period.
