Worked for 4 years and 8 months in JSAW. Job security is the only thing for which you'll stick to the company. Otherwise were working during lockdown days as well. No work life balance. I personally got my long leave after 2 Years. Compensation and benefits were terrible. They promise something and you got something.

Dislikes

For freshers, No training (though you are deputed in the post of GET), No career growth, Salary/appraisal were terrible. However, if you have good teammates and seniors then the stay become easy.

All Top management are worse HR are use less in front of top management Do not join this company, no job guarantee You have to work for more than 12 hours daily and they expect you to work even on your holiday and you didn't get additional salary for this Top management thinks you are there and they bought you to do anything with you No work life balance No increament No promotion Abusive language used by top management Don't trust HR words initially when you join they will take u turn on there promises You will join in plant near Nashik thinking of good location of steel plant but after some time they will transfer you anywhere in India and at that time you didn't have choice either leave or relocate in deserted place Internal politics In recent scenario due to Top management bad behaviour most of the people who are working for more than 10 year now leaving company Think before joining In My opinion do not join...Read More

Job security is the only beneficial point. Other things are worse. My first company, so I felt it.

Dislikes

Training, career growth, work environment, work-life balance nothing is good means 12-13 hours a day. It is too much. Not a single innovation.
