Likes

Excellent company culture. Management is people focused and takes utmost importance in wellbeing. Employees were retained and not a single person was asked to go during the hard times. Salary were paid as usual though the production was reduced. The covid guidelines were followed strictly and people were given all necessary medical help as required.

Dislikes

The career growth is slow and the compensation though competitive in paper industry but it is not par with other manufacturing industries

Work Details

Very good. A learning organization which enable you to experiment and you are empowered to take the responsibilities.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Work Culture ,Language feeling .Salary is not good as well.No extra benefits.Politics is also here.

The job is very interesting.I learnt every thing here.I worked here in Same department but 3different sections .Staffs are very friendly.
