Everything. I had terrible experience working for blinkX that was JM Financial's online platform for trading. As junior employee, I was expecting some sort of support from HR, but HR is completely biased towards seniors. He only listens and accepts whatever seniors say. I will not recommend anyone to work here even if you are getting very good package just for the sake of your mental health

Does not like the attitude of the people who are there for more than 5 years in same company as they think they are managing the company. Also the promotion is based on how good relationship with your senior and not on the base of work. Internal department politics is much more higher than work which feels to leave and go.
