Very unprofessional company. Salary is delayed by 3 months.

Dislikes

No system. Almost all the projects are in dispute and stopped due to their laxity in work. Employees are being forced to work as their salary gets stuck for months. I will suggest better get another job as your future will be spoiled and working for this company is sheer wastage of time.

The owner is money minded and in full control of one of his female employee. He haskept his silly inexperienced daughter in office to sign documents who is a duffer and don't know anything. Employees salary are not paid for months so that the employee not leave the company. No projects are completed and by money all bills get passed as owner has good nearness to ministers . Owner can't take decision. All decision is made by his female old staff aged around 60 years....Read More
