Dislikes

The organizational structure i.e. Shared Services team and RTR team is worst. Every work gets reviewed for atleast 4-5 times because of this structure. After a point its just annoying and time consuming to explain work to 4-5 different people for review and approval. The head of RTR tax team is worst. Super micro management and changing of tax positions every year and even taking different stance in different entities even though the matter remains similar....Read More

Construction sites are managed poorly at Pune. With mid level experience you will be asked to work alone with no juniors under. Language is quite unprofessional by senior site bosses. Hope such a good company addresses this issue. Most of the Saturdays despite off ,you will be asked to attend , even on govt holidays.
