So if you pretty much sure to get results then do join... Salary is of no fixed date... May come in between 5th to 10th of particular month.. incentive is just hopeless thing, its of no surity... Management was very poor, they won't give fresh leads and expect you to perform once they have asked us to generate leads also, the managers and TL literally don't have brains only, but not all managers there few TL and Manager who really listen to our problems and help us 2/10 people will do, othesr all they don't worry about your issues they need sales to save their heads
