Nothing I liked about KATARIA automobile because there is no job security and not any kind of opportunity. They use their position as they want whether it is good or not for others. They didn't give us incentive in consideration of our work. I did my best at their but still they give negative feedback for me because I left KATARIA for my goodness. There is countless people are ugly.

Dislikes

Their managers , GM and other employees. They missuse their position to make trouble for employees without getting any prove. They give unnecessary pressure on us. Mine was there as cre but they want I also work as receptionist then I said no to them because I had only salary of cre not receptionist.

Work Details

I had enjoy work with my Collogue and CRM. Although I enjoyed company of sales team. I had lot of support from my CRM ,delivery coordinator and sales team and sales manager ( NITIN AHIR), pantry person.

No support at all.worst company in automobile industries.Managment level, H R head even no support and not given answer also not pick up phone .I was joened January 2020 to continue..,and March 22nd was hall india is lockdown due to covid19. 2 nd May they said now you are not working in organization due to the market and write now this situation (covid19). And also they promise me,to give april salary., but still not given and no response, not pick call even company's C E O from day one not given answer and cheat me. Talking about job security is nothing.Do not take any dicison to join in organization.when I was worked in January to March they do not give me a team members I was worked with only 2 Relationship Manager. So ....overall worst company.,and no policies to do good work....Read More
