Job security, even after offering permanent wfh while joining, they calls employees to job location any time and cancel the wfh. Even no full FNF amount is paid and just gives excuses when asked for remaining amount to credit.

Politics , favoritism , no learning You need to be a part of the telugu group so as to be on their good book. No hard work helps here. The management itself entertains the favoritism

No personal space. Working from home for them means availability 24*7. No weekends They are strict for login time but never allows employee to logout on time. You need to extend daily for hours. If not extending that means you are not a good
