As such nothing I dislike.Actually the Saudi staff is respectful and friendly.

We can not say at all boring and not exciting too. This is more challenging and hectic.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

For transport and housing they pay,but that doesn't match with the actual rent which we have to pay.

Focus only on Saudi faculty growth and development. Compensation high for Saudis , Reduced contracted salary because of bad economic situation, stopped all conferences allowances. Zero job security for expatriates. Foreign faculty member only used to do research in their benchmarked list .

Work Details

Workload is ok but no financial or non financial growth. Due to the volatile situation, good faculty members are leaving now.
