Company will notice the hard work and make hike a few below the satisfaction level for the employee. But not match the satisfaction.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is very poor. The building is old, toilets not well maintained. These are all irritating to work.

Worst company in mysore city, no rotational shift only night shift, no snacks you have to pay for tea 😂 no appraisal, no one know when roof will fall on head, AC is there but its not working so company is running with table fans, no good working environment, no proper cafeteria and not having proper toilet's.
