Its a good company with job security. work culture is awesome no target oriented its all depends upon TL. depends upon work you do hike depends this company offer good packages too.

things i hate here 1) Fixed night shift & only 2 shifts that are fixed no change at all even your condition is serious. 2) we never understand how the payslip calculated almost 5k cuttings they mention only 2k in payslip

You wont get any kind of Facilities other than your salary the sad news is coivd time company not provided any laptop or system everyone worked using their personal lap or system. if you want have pressure less job i suggest you join this company for ladies fixed dayshift 100% for gents fixed night shift no changes at all whatever the requirement.

One of the best places to work where the team is life a friend for you. You can share all the issues with them and they are ready to stand for you at every time. Training is availed to all the employees on a regular basis apart from real time hands on experience. I would say the job security is more than any other organization as only work is rewarded. Maybe appraisal takes a bit longer, but it happens and an employee gets more than what he/she is expecting when appraisal happens. You wont get a cab facility, but located in the heart of the city, there is no issue in travelling. You will be able to learn a lot from all of your seniors and colleagues. Nice work culture and environment.Best thing that I have seen in the organization that you are allowed to put forward your innovation skills for your and your company's growth but inspite of Night shift, you will be able to balance in your work-life, but you have to be smart enough... I just had one dislike in my organization about the emerging Politics in higher management and this was the only reason I decided to quit. I would not say this does not happen in any organization, however I did not like it. After all, your personal opinion always matters somewhere in your life.

I was really very encouraged to work there. Everyone valued my work and made me to provide and implement creative ideas. I was working as a Team Lead Vendor management, but everyone assisted me and at times asked for my assistance in their part of work.
