After my exit process, I got timely communications from head HR Mr. Sulabh mathur sir,he is excellent HR...shows patience and understanding to employer's grievances. So ,there is no resignation mental assualt or no exit process issues. Salary is better. Company is good.

Words by manager should be encouraging and motivating to the downline people. manager don't promote new ideas and new strategies shared by new commers.

There are lot of thing in the organisation which makes a man capable of handling management but proper training in person is required. That is missing.
