Too much work pressure while doing job, target setting along with achievement is very much important,job security depends upon the performane of it,lots of politics occurs in the management .

Work Details

Working in Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance is a quite interesting journey for me as a result along with formal training and induction programme given to me was very much entertaining. Team members along with my Senior Managers bonding is good and helpful.

My experience in kotak was so bad. Sorry to say but I don't find anything good over here.

Dislikes

As a SM i find that HR never support you at your worst condition. Managers are not supportive at all. Work culture is worst, out of 10 I will give 1 only. As much as I observed company has no professional approach at all. Please please I'm warning you each and everyone that don't join to this company if you get a chance. Otherwise you will destroy your life fore sure.
