Dont worry about Job Security, they give good medical benefits, domiciliary medical expenses can be claimed. They provide bus services to different routes within mumbai.

Old school management, micro-management of your work, lots of corporate politics, "Yes Sir" attitude is required for growth, only employees who knows to play politics or who has strong relations within company can grow here, actual hardworking employees are not appreciated, someone will take your credit. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. If you work here it means the have bought you for 24*7.
