Compensation & Growth, there is no such thing in this company. The work pressure is tremendous. They want you to work 24 hrs as a slave. Day, Night, Weekends, Holidays, etc., these types of words doesn't exist. Managers are Illiterates (No manager is over & above diploma in an Engineering company), do not value an individual's unique strengths. One thing positive is that they are not Racist, they do consider Horse & Ass as equal. There is no such thing as On-Job training. Even if you receive appreciation mails from customer, be very sure, it will not be considered during your appraisal. And last but not least, As soon as the label of this company is tagged in your CV, forget job change, you wont be getting any offers.
Sorry, to say but there is nothing that I like about the company as a BE graduate from Electronics branch there is nothing to learn otherthan watching workers do cabling. The only thing I find anybody can learn here is patience and see how people with less qualification(Diploma holders from 2001-2002) can be your boss with no knowledge but tactics of mail-game as they say here very proudly.
The reason why I am here is to somehow get my confidence back, which I had almost lost because of frustrating five months after my final exam. Everything here is just you would not like to be in. Worst place for degree holders to be at, nothing to learn.

Heaven for lazy people as there is nothing which will demand your engineering knowledge other than few voltage and current concepts.
I think many time teammates all personality toevery staff.i really not satify to work environment big politics to every dipartment like electrical,firefighting hvac.and salary and appraisal not consider to over all performance and salary increased by yearly very neglible to last 4 years but new employees salary structure without knowledge as per knowledge is more diffrence this over all fact.

I love the hr policies of the company, teammates are very helpful and adjustive.
The thing i hate is that office management (of some region) doesnt coordinator well with the problems and issues of employes working at the site. i.e. the policies are not properly followed by some of the regional managements.
