A good team with minimum politics. If you are interested to learn and grow your skills, you will get full exposure without restrictions. No lengthy procedures. All standard management systems are implemented in the organization still work methodology is smooth. Despite power sector issues, no salary delays till date and optimum employee facilities are being maintained. Only one appraisal cycle (9 months) skipped till date in last 9 years. Very good place to work.lots of technical learning as well as other training. Employee friendly policies and healthy environment for everyone. Hr admin also do their work sincerely

Annual appraisal was not much appreciable for me and my batch mates. Salary was lowest in industry. No promotion even after 4 yrs of conformation. But now things have improved a lot with payscale revision, pli etc
