Everything. I don't want to say about company overall point because I don't know everyone and every department. But I must say there seniors are not helping person. They always harrasd new joiners. No learning scope. No job training for new joiners. No work satisfaction. Most of the seniors behaviour too much bad . They pretend in front of management that they helped but actually noooo .
