Good for first few years of your career

1. There is no company policy regarding leaves, working hour, dress code. Everything depends upon personal connection with higher management. 2. Few staffs work in this company since 2007/08, they behave like MD of the company! 3. People will no skill gets promotion on the basis of oiling to higher management! 4. No fixed date for salary credit. 5. No work life balance at all.

Weekly one day off (Sunday) l, timing 9:30 to 6 (up to 2 pm on Saturday). Everything is good except leave policies. Only 14 days leave allowed.

Every person gets priority to give there openion but really office politics matters.

Dislikes

A lot of hyndrance.There is too much politics.Working environment is really hampered due to politics, totally,but higher authority of this company always tries to give good environment.There is no proper HR department.The persons is there in HR is really inefficient .
