they are giving reimbushment of if we left office late so we can hire CABs and once we submit bill they credit amount to salary account

apprasal is very low like only 3%... how can they give only 3% for hardworking employee.. even no any growth they are not giving oportunitie to work in different envirment or another technolgies. *I worked on client site, one of the biggest private bank. No interference with client site working hrs. *Salary credit on time mostly.

*Appraisal during project deadline. *Shrinkage of Notice period from 60 days to 30 days. My working project was on hold due to cloud migration which will take more than 3-4 month due to which bank told to Lauren that they'll move resources internally to different team due to which Lauren ask me to wait for new project allocation in March 2025. Suddenly on 2nd May Lauren informed they'll release me end of May, I need to resign and appraisal will not apply which was totally unethical towards my services against previous financial year. Management was negotiating that either they'll give 15 days extension or appraisal in which appraisal also they can't commit due to exit process which was initiated by organisation itself. Although I got new opportunity just because of that this early release didn't make any issue for me and I resigned on 2nd june. But they didn't apply appraisal which shows unprofessionalism of organisation towards their employees Although I served them free for approx more than 40 candidates interview....Read More
