I'm worked as a off role employee (third party), there is mainly we can learn many things and grow up technically and personally

Dislikes

There are few things like... They don't care about off role employee but work will be more that a manager, salary hikes are very less... I got 3000 increment for 3.5 yrs (overall)

The job is very good for learners but not for earners, they will push you to work like anything so obviously you will learn the things with that experiance

Actually, I'm working off role basis around 3 years of experience. Work environment is very good, support from teammates are too good. But overall good experience for learning many things.

Dislikes

Bonus and increments are very less.

Work Details

Job is good and huge chance to learn more and more, managers(on role) are very flexible because of my work. some times have to be at site till 11PM also as per the requirement.
