Good work environment and culture, according to you maintening the staff, teammates are supportive but management is not serious for the growth purpose besause no systematic or make test for permotion. Some of the Sr. Manager is not taking that serious for the good performer promotion. Thay had partially with some good worker. And supporting to the illiterate person. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

This is a very good company and which is growing daily. Company gives a chance to employer even if it is a mistake. Salary comes on time to time. No hard work or not difficulty but the person just a little brain has to be set to handle any situation.

Dislikes

Don't get salary for doing overtime duty of 4 to 5 hours here.
