There's nothing to like about this company. I have worked with LIDO for a very short period and that was the terrible mistake I ever made in choosing a job and I regret for doing so. It is one of the worst management I have ever come across, they never bother about their inputs they just want the output in the form of sale. However their product may be you just need to sell it by fooling the customers. Every minute you need to sit in front of the camera in the meet with the manager for the whole day, and it's really pathetic to ask permission even to get out of the screen and go for the restroom, you have to take permission to eat. Is this the way a corporate company works? By having a single day week off in a week also you have to work for 12 hours recklessly, They don't even have a proper database to connect the customers, and they literally ask you to sell to your neighbors and friends and family by whatever means they just need sale that's it. They just trap fresh graduates by offering a good package and there people fall for the scam. I really don't recommend anyone to enter into such toxic work environment....Read More

The company is Hollow from inside. There are frequent policy changes and policies are made without considering employees. I was appointed as tutor coach but then I was pushed into sales and redesignated as academic mentor and my kpi changes to sales and retention. Senior manager and course director will never help you. End of the month they will say that we need 3000 minutes taltime every month and if we cannot get 3000 minutes then salary will be deducted. Incentive does not come on time. Basically the company will shut done in future as for them only revenue matters and nothing else. They lure people from tier 2 and 3 cities and eventually money is not refunded.
