The best thing about this company is you don't need any skills or process knowledge. If you know to do buttering then that's the best thing to survive in this company.

Dislikes

Managers, seniors all are so bias. They will never appreciate anyone who is good with their work. They will only appreciate the people who does buttering. This was the worst company i have ever worked with.
