I love the family culture here.. management treat every individual as family members..

Salary is not matched as per market.. in few months there many attrition due to less salary.. but still management is not trying to solve this issues.. in quater there is more than 40% attrition and majority of them are due to salary expectations only..

The Culture and values of the company are sun and stars.... It is more like a family. Management is so friendly, supportive. Individual will have a lot of freedom to discuss anything with anyone without hierarchy. Everyone is equal in this company.

Dislikes

Few policies are not being given equally for every employee. For ex: WFH policy is there as 1:4 ratio per month but some teams are not getting it as per policy where as others can take as per their own wish. Apart from that everything about this company is pure love and care.

I was hired recently but was terminated due to an issue with my documentation. From the very beginning I was completely transparent with global HR share service manager about the documents, but he didn’t pay attention, despite knowing the issue, he remained silent during my entire two month tenure. In the interview, I was told that I would work directly with the client, but after joining, I was assigned to a team leader who lacked any knowledge of workday. This team leader frequently disrupted my interactions with client<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Word of caution to management - their are 9 members in a list because he personally dislikes them and they are likely to be pressured to resign in other ways before the upcoming appraisal</mark>.
