Dirty politics HR also involve, Many so-called managers spend 5 to 6 hours of their 9-hour workday just sitting in the GM’s cabin, engaging in flattery and gossip. They have no interest in actual work. Many of them aren’t even deserving of the manager title, yet Lodha has appointed them as managers—like J. They have no idea what’s happening on-site or how things should be done. All they do is blame juniors whenever something goes wrong and shift the responsibility. These people play a dirty game on-site every day. There’s also an HR person who doesn’t even understand what work ethics means, lies constantly, and engages in dirty office politics. Sales pressure is phenomenal. I am saying this after having worked for real estate sales for 12 years in different companies. The pressure can disorient you from your personal goals and can disconnect you from your personal life. Your work and your team members are the only things that will exist in your life. There is nothing to like working here except getting exposure with some big clients.

Dislikes

There is no corporate culture here. Unnecessary pressuring and long hours. 11pm is normal hour for them. No salary benefits, no promotion. Worst place for anyone.
