Likes: Working here is quite fun as we have got some cool managers with whom you can communicate freely and learn from them. They are young therefore they guide in simplest manner possible and do not show their authority over analysts. Flexible working timings and days. 2 days wfh in a week is there so quite relaxing as well. Dislikes: Less networking opportunities as everyone working here is young and has joined this firm directly from the campus.

The energy here is contagious, and it pushes you to bring your best every day. Dislikes: There are times when the work pressure builds up, but it’s manageable with the team’s support.
Likes: It was closer to my place so my travelling time was less. Dislikes: The kind of work they had for the employees, it was not up to par. The managers did not know how to motivate or lead their team members. The work culture was toxic.
