Work life balance is good. Seniors are good & supportive. Stipend is appropriate as compared to other firm.

Out of pocket expenses. Sometimes very hectic.. work pressure is too high.

Work life is good bt when there is report closing than the work pressure isbtoo high... Sometimes we have worked from 7AM TO 4AM.

Working in Mahajan & Aibara has been really full of experience with appropriate diversity. If you're a fresher and thinking to grow your skills, it's a perfect place to work for with decent comparision and variety of clients. I would recommend people to speak up if they are being constrained to one department or client.

Dislikes

Manpower planning can be improved as at times there is added pressure on certain individuals and idle time for few. The seniors should appreciate the juniors working and tell them what values does internal audit actually serves to clients.
