I truly value the sense of camaraderie within my team, the bonding and support we shared made a big difference in our daily work, additionally, being part of the Mahindra group instills the sense of pride. I also appreciate the commitment of our dealers.

While i appreciate the opportunities with Last mile mobility, although not my choice but had to work, i have faced many concerns regarding the organizational dynamics. I have observed and faced many instances of internal politics. I have observed that Mrs.Suman Mishra's approach to leadership lacks clarity on ground realities and isinfluenced by the national heads and departmental heads and results in biased decision making. The main focus of Mrs. Mishra is to be visible on social media and create a buzz. Additionally, the HR - Mrs.Anisha Saluja is a chanakya of politics, i believe her vested interests take precedence over employee welfare. I genuinely, hope this company should improve fostering a transparent and and supportive culture...Read More

There is no PF and ESI facility for wh are working in contract and also less salary they are paying And even though pay slip also are not providing from past two years.......There is no job security. If they don't want , they will remove from the job . Management will not take care about contract workers and too much partiality is there while any celebrations....
