No job satisfaction.. no skill development.. tedious job.. feels like data entry job in this organisation.. being part of this organisation for more than 5 years.. the managers didn't even feel to send the employee for plant visit to gain the floor knowledge... No growth from skill development. For freshers this is worst company to join.
