1) Not so smart senior leadership and most of them underqualified for the role although executive leadership is great 2) Micro management culture disseminated by the mindset of people with poor or no business/management skills sitting at the senior leadership 3) The structure comprising of Asst. Manager --> Dept. Manager --> Manager--> Sr. Manager doesnt follow the classic pyramid structure, in fact people at Sr. Manager level are more in numbers than at Asst. Dislikes

Sir culture is there. Bell curve policy, you are bound to get a lower grade in span of 4 years. Recently more levels have been included in between for promotions.
