Too much pressure and demotivating work environment. Bosses do not understand individual challenges and blame for every task. You would end up receiving all the blames if anything goes wrong but no appreciation for good work done. No acknowledgement of long working hours.

Nothing to like about except 2 weekly offs

Dislikes

Long working hours. Lack of safety and security. Upper management are fools, only looking at profits. A single manager is doing 2 shifts in a single day, working overtime, yet no provision for overtime pay. Had to work on off days too. Culture is very toxic.
