Big labdeekebal office. Always saying complete target target targettt. If not completed just do it and go home. The managers and VPs are just money mongers. They suck our blood and sweat and still saying not enough. Just don't come here as a user. The management side people only are safe. Users are like slave for them. No job assurity. They will terminate you at any time. Just determining one's performance with one day quality and production. But they won't see the other days performance. Worst management. They will terminate u before the salary date so they don’t want to pay you. no immediate relieving they will ask you to serve notice period even though you are in your death bed and they don’t pay your hard earned salary by saying that u are absconded. All the 7 days in a week are working days they will threaten you to work in Diwali holidays , Saturday, Sunday and everyday in a year. And they don’t pay you for that . We have to work for almost 12 hours a day even though in Saturday and Sunday’s and the target will be more so that no one can achieve the target so sunday will be compulsory working day.The manager and GCS will treat you like school children they will ask you the count for every half an hour no respect for the Co employees....Read More
