The skills that we are learning are good but other than that there's no good about this company.

Dislikes

Everything i must say. The work culture is bad. Sometimes you don't even get week off for straight 15 days. Also the shift is for 24 hour, you have to go to work in the middle of the night if the customer demands. There's almost no support from the management also.
