Dislikes

To be honest, there isn't much that I dislike about working at Mentorsity. If I had to mention something, it would be that sometimes the fast-paced environment can feel overwhelming. However, I've realized that it's pushing me to prioritize better and improve my time management skills. Overall, the positive far outweighs any challenge and i see every experience here as an opportunity to grow.

Absolutely loved the culture of Mentorsity. The seniors including Riya Ma’am and Jindal sir were both very helping in nature and understanding. They provided the right guidance through the internship. And we had flexible work hours, which was very helping to me.

I'm grateful for what I've learned here, Was directly mentored by the Co-founder Gaurang sir. Managing teams, Content creation, and Analyzing content for Instagram. I could plan things and strategies and experiment with things in promoting the content. The team and work culture had be really an amazing experience to me.

I worked here as an HR intern, my work experience was pretty good healthy working environment among the group members, my mentor and team leader was awesome she helped me instructing the task. Personal overview is good too as in terms of growth for interns this company helped me to nourish my skills

Dislikes

There should be more professionalism in the work like talking and assigning task over WhatsApp. There should be a table or sheet where there assigned or the present assignment should present and marked daily rather then posting what you did this is will make work more effective and efficient.

I am writing this review to share my experience as a Data Entry Intern at Mentorsity. I had a great experience overall and learned a lot during my time at the company. Everyone was very friendly and I felt like I was part of the team right away. In terms of my responsibilities, I was responsible for entering data into the company's database and the leader of the data entry operator's team. I am really glad to have a Mentor like Riya Sharma ma'am and Gaurang sir and a supportive team. Overall, I had a great experience as a Data Entry Intern at Mentorsity. Well every coin has two sides mentorsity has good as well as bad aspect too but the good one is more which is really appreciable. Sometimes the clarity of task what to perform and some process is confusing..this is what I face I my entire journey nothing else and it's my honest review

-Communication gap. I feel like though it provides a good place to enhance your skills but somewhere there is a communication gap which is needed to be filled. I understand it's a young company and the initial years are usually challenging but if they would work on this then it will benefit them for a long run.
