Micromax work environment is very good they proved regular training very mounth that is very nice employers

Company is good but growth are very slow.i never feel any type of work pressure.i have work 10 to 11 hours starting in markets to end of day I have handles clients and I have parmoted in the let night but my senior do not have value to strength which I suggestions most of time. And the company never provide insentive scheme in the proper time period that is very pain for me
