Very Very Terrible workplace for Employees (Engineers or Support team) especially females. Management is totally not responsible for employee welfare. Violates most of the labour laws in terms of Leaves, notice pay policy, maternity leaves, etc. Head of Human resources and Head of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment are the wrong hires to the organization as they do not possess any minimum professionalism. Work timings: Strict Timings

If you choose Mindlance, its like BLUE WHALE CHALLENGE, After multiple challenges finally you will enter into depression then supression, there is no work and family balance at all. Even if you are sick cannot take leave more than 2 days, no festivals, no occations, just work until you die.

Dislikes

Everything is negative, Dude its a staffing company, not a call center to do 100 of calls each day, Management is making revenue through receuiter and you will fire them if they are not capable of producing revenue for one or two months ??? No food provided, transportation is a bit fine, ill treating Indian culture, ready to celebrate Easter, Xmas, secret santas, egg hunt blah blah,
