Manager oriented culture. If you are bellow managerial level ; even team lead, your voice wont be heard. Processes are not followed properly. You will be blamed for all managerial mistakes. Work pressure is very high , even you work on weekends ,there is no compensation . After working for more than 12-14 hours in a day next day you will be expected to come on time .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
