It's a 9 to 5:30 job. We get 2 weekly off (sat-sun) alongwith other gazetted holidays. Working with such Gazetted, IAS, IPS, PA, PS officers is a great experience for me.

Dislikes

This is especially for contractual employees of the ministry that there is not any job security as your contract and services may be terminated at any time without any notice or reason. However, I have been working since 2016 but it can happen anytime. And it's not worthy job especially for contractuals because growth is at very slow pace.
