Very insecure to work as a contract employee. More than a year's salary is still pending. It's horrible to work without salary for such a long time. During pandemic, as the source of income has been cut off, my family is almost starve to death due to absolute bankruptcy.

Contract system is really humiliating despite of the educational qualifications

As a WDT, fields inspection to various villages and giving the report are the principal job. Other than that, computer database work, duty assigned whenever needed etc.etc...

Work enviorment is very poor.Management is not supported Covid-19 lockdown period.But all employee working for lockdown period.

Well the organisation provide excellent opportunity to learn the social/rural development and allows to work independently on the project.

Dislikes

The organisational structure is very poor. Honourium is received in 1-2 months delay. Reimbursement of travel and other allowances has been processed in last 18 months. The posting will be in a rural area.

Work Details

Have to work independently on rural development project without guidance and any guidelines. As it a government project and have to go through all the government procedure for approval of projects and corruption is there at each step.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
