Work is monotonous, management doesn’t care about employees leaving, though compensation and benefits are way good than others, but no chances of career growth.

Dislikes

No growth in knowledge after working for years. Filling time sheets feels like a burden.

The company has an awesome work culture where you can easily keeps the balance between personal and professional life. Company never encouraged their employees to work for long hours barring few exceptions. The fact is that company is growing at a faster rate. The company who starts their operations in 2008 only with 3 employees now have around 1500 employees in Mumbai office and around 200 employees in Pune offices. the JLT also entered in Indian insurance market with an Independent broker. I am working as an assistant manager of the Investment Solutions team. I am primarily responsible for workflow management of the team. Being a senior member of the team I am responsible for various day to day activities. Overall, it’s a challenging job
