A big company. Teams are good and full of talented people. Management is ruthless with respect to employee's efforts. Job Security doesn't exist as our whole team is fired due to Corona outbreak. Would not recommend any of my acquaintance to work as company doesn't back it's employees with difficult circumstances.

Management isn't organised, Job security is non-existential, No or very low appraisals, Zero Employee welfare, Cafeteria isn't hygienic etc.
