Because of bad work culture. They are doing scam on the name of job. They hire the freshers from different colleges for free, trained them lit bit, then directly shifts them on live projects. Take takes them the whole work without any exposure. In six to seven months they start firing the freshers as freshers demands the salary, stipend or onboarding</mark>. Some of the seniors are great (only 4-5), other than that nothing is good at all.

1. No work life balance, you will be forced to 2-4 hours extra. I was in the rajnarayan's team there was a day he forced frontend team for whole night and you can never go home before 8pm. and I worked on saturday and sundays's too. after all this there will be no effort count. 2. Salary delay - You'll never get salary on time I got the salary even after 1 month delay and some old employees told me that there were times they have got salary even after 3 months of delays</mark>. 3. All the management people are the worst, good people does not stay long enough. 4. Hiring firing culture. 5. Rude and non-professional managers. 6. This whole company is zero, There is no option for no stars otherwise I would've given 0 stars. Work culture is an absolute nonsense. Female employees cry during work because the manager wants to show his power by scolding them in front of the floor. Job security every month they fire people without any promising reason. No FnF. no reliving letter nothing. Many clients already sued this company for fraud. All the Delhi people are shameless, mannerless, and useless. Nobody understands the true pipeline of workflow. I was very happy with the other companies in which I have worked but this is worst decision of my life. They give increment to those who are weak in their work so they wont be hired by diff firm for such a big salary. CEO is just another level stupid person he asks stupid questions in the interview and hire the most stupid managers in the whole world. RASHID, ROBIN, DAS, HR dept, SHUBHAM. these guys are literally illiterate people in the world. I worked for over a year and none of my salary is credited on time. No professionalism at all. My name is Narender Kumar and my Employee ID is 11975. I joined Mobiloitte Company on 1st December 2022. Here the company makes false promises to get you to join. The company is the worst company in Delhi. Where there is no experience holder or any senior only exploits the fresher by getting them to join. I will tell you the truth of this company. 1. Here the time to come on duty is 10:00 but there is no time to leave, here work is done till 11pm to 12pm at night. 2. Here only the employees are exploited<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Employees are not given any leave, but sometimes they are made to work day and night for two to three days and when you ask to go home, you will be threatened for not giving salary</mark>. 3. No project is completed by the team here because no one knows anything about it and even if an experience holder employee joins here by mistake, he runs away within a day or two. 4. This company is just a gang of thieves, the owner of this company Jagdish Harsh and Nitin Sahni are the masterminds of those thieves.Cheating people and looting their money is the business of these people. 5. I worked in this company for two months and I was not given any salary and when I asked the accountant for salary, I was fired from the company saying that I will be paid after 60 days but today it is 75 days No one is picking up the phone and no one is answering the emails. 6. I have even sent two or three mails to the owner of the company, Jagdish Harsh, but he did not respond because his only business is to eat people's hard-earned money. 8. Let me Tell you Honest Truth from my experience of Working in this Company * If you are Experienced Read this even before thinking of joining --- They may offer you a package of 4 lap 5 lap 6lap 8lap etc.... on PAPER. Yes its on PAPER only... what ever be you in hand salary per month you will only get 40% or 50% of this salary</mark>. If and IF only you have worked for minimum of 10 to 12 HRs daily and you have delivered any project and IF the client has released the payment then only you will be getting you half salary.... AND if client doesn't pay, will not get any salary for months long. and you salary will be delayed for 2, 3, 4 months ...... * If you are Freshers Don't join --- Because this company MAIN agenda is to FOOL FRESHERS They hire freshers from Different college and promise to train you and Onboard in 2 to 3 Months and pay you around 3 LPA. But WAIT WAIT..... Truth is you will never be onboarded before 6 to 7 Months minimum, even if you know every thing React, node, mongo, ai, ml, blockchain, etc... before training even if you are super talented you wont be onboarded before 6 to 7 months... Now the time come after your 1 or 2 MONTHS of ONBOARDING process.... YES u heard right after months of training again wait for 2 to 3 months for your onboarding process to complete. After onboarding you will only get salary of around LESS than 17,000 only . yes you heard RIGHT less than around 17,000 in a METRO CITY for every one how much talented you are salary will be fixed. And you will be told that you have Probation period for 6 months and after 6 months you will receive 100 to 200 % Hike.. HAHA WAIT... AGAIN after 6 to 7 months of your HARD WORK you will receive a mail you PROBATAION period is expanded due to you poor performance. So Congratulation for wasting you 1 to 2 years by working in this HELL company at this minimum salary with no work life balance. Note for juniors its a BIG Red flag as on their job change to other company they will give a salary hike based on you current package. so which will land you no ware.
