1) No work benefits (No Bonus & Arrears Benefit from company) 2) Skill development training is good 3) No job security company was Removing the employee any time 4) No Growth for Senior position as per experience 5) Not satisfied

Dislikes

The on roll senior staff neglected ground level queries or salary related issues. No on supportive senior person in MSF. Official work is very very loose. All months we facing salary issues. Alway getting late salary above 15 days. No one can take immediate action and not a single feedback about our queries.

Work Details

I am the Security Supervisor in MSF in Commerzone IT park Yerawada location. When I join that day to till date I am facing very loose work in MSF. Everyday less manpower issues. Every months salary issues. Bonus & arrears amount still pending. No gr

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
